Product Range
Micro Sun manufactures and supplies solar photovoltaic modules ranging from 3wp to 150wp power ranges. These modules are made in standard designs as well as a per customer’s specification. Modules are designed to withstand the toughest environmental weather conditions. Each and every module undergoes at most stringent quality inspections and various predefined standard quality tests.

Process
Each solar module produced contains 36 or more mono or poly crystalline silicon solar cells connected in series. All cells are electrically matched to give maximum output. At first individual solar cells are tested, segregated and grouped into different power ranges, then these are tabbed together as per the requirement. The lay up process wraps up to cell using a high impact resistant and highly tempered glass pate on one side.
Other side is protected by TPT protective sheet. Within the glass and TPT, the cells are further encapsulated both sides by two thin films of EVA sheet. A high corrosion resistant aluminum alloy framing is provided for each module for better mechanical strength. A junction box is provided underneath the module junction to tap the power from module. The box incorporates rigid connection terminals covered with high quality, housing which is dust proof.
